Crafted the wild way

Washed Carbonic Maceration — an experimental method most coffee never sees. In the washed process the fruit is removed, the bean fermented and rinsed clean before it dries. That is what makes washed coffees so clear and lively — acidity and the true character of the origin come through unmasked. Only about 12% of the coffees we track are made this way.
