We don't have the single farm on record, and we won't invent one. Grown from Colombia Arabica: The Colombia variety is a rust-resistant hybrid bred by the national research centre Cenicafé, a forerunner of Castillo. Built for resilience on smallholdings, and increasingly respectable in the cup.
