What you're holding is specialty coffee, a world apart from the anonymous blends on supermarket shelves. It's been traced to Mexico, the top sliver of all the coffee grown on earth. We don't have the single farm on record, and we won't invent one. Grown from Maragogipe: Maragogipe is a Typica mutation famous for its enormous 'elephant' beans. Low-yielding and demanding to grow, but capable of a soft, mild, intriguingly complex cup.
