It's been traced to a single origin, Alta Mogiana, Brazil: the top sliver of all the coffee grown on earth. Grown from Maragogipe: Maragogipe is a Typica mutation famous for its enormous 'elephant' beans. Low-yielding and demanding to grow, but capable of a soft, mild, intriguingly complex cup.
