It's been traced to Malabarküste, Karnataka/Kerala, India, the top sliver of all the coffee grown on earth. We don't have the single farm on record, and we won't invent one. Grown from Catimor: Catimor is a family of Caturra × Timor hybrids bred around the world for rust resistance and yield. Often dismissed, but grown at altitude and processed with care it can be clean, sweet and genuinely good.
