What you're holding is specialty coffee — a world apart from the anonymous blends on supermarket shelves. It's been traced to a single origin, Pacaybamba, Peru — the top sliver of all the coffee grown on earth. Grown from Geisha Inca [SL9]: Geisha comes from Ethiopia's Gori Gesha forest and was made world-famous by Panama's Hacienda La Esmeralda — it rewrote what coffee can cost and taste like. Delicate and unmistakable: jasmine, bergamot and a tea-like elegance.
