What you're holding is specialty coffee: grown, traced and roasted with a care most coffee never sees. It's been traced to Nicaragua, the top sliver of all the coffee grown on earth. We don't have the single farm on record, and we won't invent one. Grown from Maragogipe: Maragogipe is a Typica mutation famous for its enormous 'elephant' beans. Low-yielding and demanding to grow, but capable of a soft, mild, intriguingly complex cup.
