Grown from Pacamara, one of the most celebrated coffee varieties in the world. Pacamara is a large-bean Salvadoran cross of Pacas and Maragogipe, unmistakable on the table. At its best, wildly aromatic with a striking sweet-savoury complexity. It's rare, too: just 228 coffees we track are grown from it.
