What you're holding is specialty coffee: grown, traced and roasted with a care most coffee never sees. It's been traced to Huila, Colombia, the top sliver of all the coffee grown on earth. We don't have the single farm on record, and we won't invent one. Grown from Castillo: Castillo is Colombia's rust-resistant hybrid, bred by Cenicafé to carry smallholders through leaf-rust outbreaks. Modern harvests show it can hold its own in the cup too, not just in the field.
