What you're holding is specialty coffee — a world apart from the anonymous blends on supermarket shelves. It's been traced to a single origin, Nicaragua — the top sliver of all the coffee grown on earth. Grown from Maragogipe: Maragogipe is a Typica mutation famous for its enormous 'elephant' beans. Low-yielding and demanding to grow, but capable of a soft, mild, intriguingly complex cup.
