Grown from Pink Bourbon, one of the most celebrated coffee varieties in the world. Pink Bourbon is a Colombian darling whose cherries ripen pink, prized by competition roasters. Known for an intense floral lift over layered, delicate sweetness. It's rare, too: just 533 coffees we track are grown from it.
