Something special

What you're holding is specialty coffee, a world apart from the anonymous blends on supermarket shelves. It's been traced to a single origin, La Plata, Huila, Colombia: the top sliver of all the coffee grown on earth. Grown from Colombia: The Colombia variety is a rust-resistant hybrid bred by the national research centre Cenicafé, a forerunner of Castillo. Built for resilience on smallholdings, and increasingly respectable in the cup.
