It's been traced to a single origin, Antioquia, Colombia — the top sliver of all the coffee grown on earth. Grown from Castillo Colombia: Castillo is Colombia's rust-resistant hybrid, bred by Cenicafé to carry smallholders through leaf-rust outbreaks. Modern lots show it can hold its own in the cup too, not just in the field.
