Grown from Maragogype — one of the most celebrated coffee varieties in the world. Maragogipe is a Typica mutation famous for its enormous 'elephant' beans. Low-yielding and demanding to grow, but capable of a soft, mild, intriguingly complex cup. It's rare, too: just 36 coffees we track are grown from it.
