Grown from Chiroso — one of the most celebrated coffee varieties in the world. Chiroso is a distinctive Colombian landrace — often grouped with Caturra — with elongated beans and a devoted following. Known for a vivid floral, citrus and tropical-fruit lift. It's rare, too: just 85 coffees we track are grown from it.
