Something special

What you're holding is specialty coffee, a world apart from the anonymous blends on supermarket shelves. It's been traced to a single origin, Huila, Colombia: the top sliver of all the coffee grown on earth. Grown from Castillo: Castillo is Colombia's rust-resistant hybrid, bred by Cenicafé to carry smallholders through leaf-rust outbreaks. Modern harvests show it can hold its own in the cup too, not just in the field.
