It's been traced to a single origin, Tarrazu, Costa Rica — the top sliver of all the coffee grown on earth. Grown from Typica Mejorada: Typica is the other great ancestor of modern Arabica — the genetic root of countless varieties today. It gives an elegant, clear cup, but yields little and is delicate.
