We don't have the single farm on record, and we won't invent one. Grown from Pacas: Pacas is a compact natural mutation of Bourbon discovered in El Salvador, much as Caturra was in Brazil. Its short stature makes it easy to farm on steep hillsides while keeping Bourbon's clean sweetness.
