It's been traced to a single origin, Caldas, Colombia: the top sliver of all the coffee grown on earth. Grown from Caturra: Caturra is a compact natural mutation of Bourbon, discovered in Brazil; its low stature makes dense planting easy. It keeps Bourbon's sweetness with a brighter, livelier acidity.
