We don't have the single farm on record, and we won't invent one. Grown from Mixed Heirloom: In Ethiopia, Heirloom isn't a single variety but thousands of wild and semi-wild local types, often unnamed. It's exactly this genetic diversity that lets Ethiopian coffees range from bright citrus to deep blueberry.
