Something special

What you're holding is specialty coffee — a world apart from the anonymous blends on supermarket shelves. It's been traced to a single origin, Siguatepeque, Honduras — the top sliver of all the coffee grown on earth. Grown from Javanica: Java is an old Typica-derived selection that travelled from Indonesia to East Africa and Latin America, tolerant of leaf rust. It tends to a clean, elegant, often delicately floral cup.
