We don't have the single farm on record, and we won't invent one. Grown from Villa Sarchi: Villa Sarchi is a Bourbon dwarf mutation from Costa Rica, well-suited to windy high-altitude plots. Compact and a favourite for honey processing, with a bright, sweet character.
