What you're holding is specialty coffee: grown, traced and roasted with a care most coffee never sees. It's been traced to Brazil, the top sliver of all the coffee grown on earth. We don't have the single farm on record, and we won't invent one. Grown from Regionální blend (50/50 Brazil/Colombia): The Colombia variety is a rust-resistant hybrid bred by the national research centre Cenicafé, a forerunner of Castillo. Built for resilience on smallholdings, and increasingly respectable in the cup.
