A prized variety

Grown from Sidra — one of the most celebrated coffee varieties in the world. Sidra is an Ecuadorian variety with Bourbon and Typica in its lineage, increasingly a competition star. Expect a silky body and a clear, floral, almost perfumed cup. It's rare, too: just 122 coffees we track are grown from it.
